We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for serving food items and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing a friendly and professional guest experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
Accurately manage bill transactions using various payment methods
Maintain a thorough understanding of all beverage and menu selections, including promotional offers
Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations when handling food and beverages
Complete all opening, operating, and closing procedures as assigned
Ensure that the bar area is clean, stocked, and well-maintained at all times
Fulfill any additional duties as delegated by management
Job Qualifications:
Smart Serve Certification (Required)
Previous serving and/or bartending experience
Robust communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain standing for extended periods
