Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional learning.
Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping maintain a respectful, organized environment conducive to learning.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers to tailor instruction effectively for individual learners.




Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom events.

Skills
Strong background in education, or related fields with classroom experience.
Proficiency in lesson planning across subjects such as literacy education, math, and curriculum development.
Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies to foster a positive learning setting.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and engage with parents.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learners and individual needs while maintaining a nurturing approach.
