What you’ll do:
Prepare and cook menu items following our recipes and standards
Help with prep work like cutting vegetables, portioning ingredients, and keeping the kitchen stocked
Safely use grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment
Follow food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
Keep your work area clean and organized throughout your shift
Work with the team to get orders out quickly and correctly
Make sure every order is prepared properly before it leaves the kitchen
What we’re looking for:
Kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right person
Able to work in a rapid-paced environment
Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
Valuable teamwork and communication skills
Takes pride in preparing quality food and keeping a clean workspace
