We're looking for an energetic, dependable Floor Supervisor to lead our Front of House team during evening service. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for ensuring smooth operations, providing excellent customer service, supporting staff, and maintaining a positive, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is confident under pressure, leads by example, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Supervise and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff throughout each shift.
Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Assist with seating, food running, bartending, serving, or hosting when needed.
Coordinate with the kitchen to maintain productive service.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and direction throughout the shift.
Complete opening and closing duties, including cash-outs and end-of-night procedures.
Ensure all health, safety, Smart Serve, and company policies are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar, and service areas.
Manage waitlists and guest flow during busy periods.




Handle customer complaints calmly and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Complete shift reports and communicate important information to management.

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or bar experience required.
Supervisory or leadership experience is considered a robust asset.
Valid Smart Serve certification required.
Food Handlers Certificate preferred
Robust communication and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
Reliable transportation and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
