Pigeon Cafe in the Old Port is looking for a reliable, motivated Line Cook to join our team. If you're passionate about cooking, thrive during a busy service, and enjoy working with a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and our quality standards.
Ensure all food is prepared safely and in accordance with food safety regulations.
Assist with daily prep and station setup before service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and productive workstation throughout your shift.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely service.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
Help train and support new team members when needed.
Adapt to menu changes and accommodate special requests while maintaining quality and consistency.

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in a qualified kitchen is preferred.




A robust understanding of food preparation, food safety, and kitchen operations.
The ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support your team.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
