Responsibilities
Assist residents and clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Support seniors and individuals with disabilities through compassionate caregiving and companionship
Administer medications accurately following care plans and protocols
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed to promote health and well-being
Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe, hygienic living environment
Monitor residents’ health status, report any changes or concerns to nursing staff or supervisors
Engage residents in recreational activities to promote mental stimulation and social interaction

Requirements




Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience caring for seniors or individuals with disabilities, including dementia care
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
Ability to perform cleaning tasks and meal preparation efficiently
Experience working with individuals with special needs or in home care settings is advantageous
Certification as a Health Care Aide or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is a plus
