We are looking for a Pattern maker – Fit technician to join a leading manufacturer in ladieswear in the north shore!

Responsibilities:
Develop and design patterns for women's clothing.
Operate software for pattern design, grading, and markers.
Create tech packs using Excel software.
Work with designers to translate concepts into accurate technical patterns.
Adjust clothing based on customer specifications.
Coordinate with overseas factories to ensure finished products meet quality standards.
Inspect finished products for quality control before delivery.
Oversee fabric cutting and make adjustments to prototypes.

Profile:
Experience and in-depth knowledge of patternmaking techniques.
Proficient with PAD, Excel, Word, Outlook and Illustrator software
Sewing and assembly skills
Excellent communication skills with production teams and customers
Solid ability to solve problems and adjust patterns for different body types.
Attention to detail and precision.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent understanding of fabrications
