Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and guide them through menu options with enthusiasm and detailed knowledge of offerings
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, bar, dining space, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service for all guests

Requirements




Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a background in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems or similar platforms
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently during busy hours
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential
