About the Role:
We are seeking a junior law clerk or legal assistant who is organized, self-driven, and eager to learn. This position offers significant hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to diverse areas of law. The ideal candidate is comfortable working under pressure, takes ownership of their work, and strives to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and organizing legal documents and court materials
Support real estate closings, corporate filings, and estate matters
Manage client files, scheduling, and correspondence
Conduct legal research and assist with document drafting
Coordinate service and filing with courts and registries

Qualifications:




Law Clerk Diploma or post-secondary education in a related field (or equivalent experience) is an Asset
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Adobe, Cosmolex, familiarity with legal software is an asset
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently
