Branch Coordinator / Customer Service Representative – Home Health Care

We are a well-established home health care medical equipment and supply company dedicated to improving the quality of life for our clients. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to manage our Huntsville location.

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while coordinating with local health care professionals and collaborating with our branches in Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, and Parry Sound. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and contribute to a positive team setting.

Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to clients and health care professionals.
Answer phones, greet customers, and respond to inquiries.
Process customer orders and prepare quotes for health care professionals.
Coordinate shipping and receiving of medical equipment and supplies.
Price and merchandise products.
Assemble, clean, and maintain home medical equipment.
Work closely with other branch locations to ensure efficient operations.




Perform general administrative duties; accounting experience is an asset but not required, as training will be provided.
Assist with inventory and other day-to-day branch operations.
Perform occasional heavy lifting as required.

Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Retail and/or customer service experience is considered an asset.
Accounting experience is an asset but not required.
Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
