Duties
Provide expert hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences, including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special styling requests
Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and offering professional advice on hair care and styling options
Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health and safety standards to ensure a safe setting for clients and staff
Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools that complement clients’ needs, enhancing their experience and boosting sales
Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, processing payments,



and answering client inquiries promptly
Build solid relationships with clients through effective communication skills, fostering loyalty and repeat business
Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education

Experience
Proven experience in skilled hair styling or cosmetology preferred; certification or licensing as required by local regulations
Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic salon environment
Demonstrated ability to upsell products naturally while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction
Experience working at the front desk or in retail sales within a salon or similar setting is advantageous
