We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual (Mandarin-speaking) Medical Office Assistant to support our healthcare team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospital or clinical settings, demonstrating excellent patient care skills and familiarity with medical procedures. Duties
Greet and assist patients in a courteous, professional manner, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Manage patient records accurately, including registration, updating personal information, and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with privacy regulations.
Provide support with appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-up communications to optimize clinic flow.
Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as preparing examination rooms, collecting vital signs, and handling medical documentation.
Facilitate communication between patients and medical staff by translating complex medical information clearly and compassionately.




Support medication administration procedures under supervision, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the medical office environment, adhering strictly to infection control standards.

Qualifications
Prior experience working in a clinical setting is highly preferred.
Solid knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
Proven ability to deliver compassionate patient care with excellent interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations.
Familiarity with medication administration processes and safety protocols is advantageous.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient records and administrative tasks.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
