Duties
Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that support early childhood development and learning goals
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a welcoming environment
Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing tailored support to meet individual needs
Ensure health, safety, and well-being of all children by maintaining a clean, organized classroom and following safety protocols
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, through personalized caregiving strategies
Encourage social skills, emotional regulation, and cooperative play among children
Document daily observations and maintain accurate records of developmental milestones and activities
Experience
Prior experience working with young children in educational or caregiving settings
Classroom experience in early childhood education or related fields
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
Solid understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices
Proven ability to engage children through creative teaching methods and nurturing care
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families and team members
