Responsibilities:
Must know how to do blow outs and use round brush techniques, updos and custom looks for special occasions, washing & treatments, no cutting required.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and comfortable salon experience
Keep workstations clean and sanitized to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide appropriate recommendations
Educate salon products and services to clients to enhance their overall experience
Assist with sales by recommending and selling hair care products, additional services and memberships

Skills:
Hair styling skills: Proficient in styling techniques for different hair types and styles, including smoothing techniques with a blow dryer
Customer service skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Sanitation skills:



Knowledge of proper sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe salon environment
Communication skills: Proficiency in English and effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations
Ability to promote additional salon services or products to enhance the client's experience
Retail sales skills: Experience in educating, recommending and selling hair care products to clients
Have a warm, kind and friendly attitude to make our customers comfortable and confident

Schedule:
Weekends and some weekdays
on call for special occasions (blo on the go service)
ability to travel for blo on the go services
