About Us:

The Fern Group Inc. is a Home Fragrance and Décor Distributor providing private label programs for all major Canadian retailers. We are located in North York, in the Finch Avenue and Weston Road area.

Position Overview

The Fern Group Inc. is seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join our warehouse operations team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of forklift operating experience and demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment. Experience operating Crown forklifts is considered an asset.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Benefits: Benefits package available following successful completion of a 3-month probationary period

Key Responsibilities
Load, unload, pack, and unpack materials and products
Label, sort, and prepare incoming and outgoing shipments
Safely relocate inventory within the warehouse or production facility
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
Maintain accurate tracking of inventory movements




Support overall warehouse efficiency and workflow

Qualifications & Skills
Valid forklift license with a minimum of one year of operating experience
Prior experience in a warehouse or factory environment
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Deep reach
Order picker
Sit-down propane forklift
Ride-on walkie
General warehouse operations experience
