Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and a friendly smile, setting the tone for an enjoyable experience
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction and operational flow
Take orders accurately and communicate them clearly to kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Serve food and beverages with professionalism, attentiveness, and a positive attitude
Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure all guests leave satisfied and eager to return
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area, including tables, counters, and waiting zones




Collaborate with team members to support smooth restaurant operations during busy periods

Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as carrying trays or setting tables
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
