Adapet Medical is dedicated to improving the lives of pets through cutting-edge healthcare solutions. We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team on weekends.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels
Provide accurate information about company products and services
Assist customers with orders and general support
Maintain accurate customer records
Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
Fluent spoken and written English
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable using computers and common office software
Able to work in office every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer service or administrative support
Interest in the veterinary or pet care industry
Pay: $18.25 per hour
Work Location: In person
