We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sausage Maker to join our food manufacturing team. Responsibilities
Prepare sausage mixtures according to established recipes and specifications
Operate meat processing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
Perform meat cutting, grinding, and blending tasks with precision
Ensure all products meet food safety standards and sanitation protocols
Package finished products accurately for distribution or sale
Maintain cleanliness of work stations and adhere to sanitation procedures
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation of raw materials and finished goods




Follow all safety guidelines related to mechanical operation and food handling

Skills
Experience in food processing, manufacturing, or the food industry preferred
Knowledge of butchery techniques and meat cutting skills
Familiarity with packaging processes for perishable goods
Solid understanding of sanitation practices within a food production environment
Mechanical knowledge related to operating processing equipment is a plus
Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and quality control
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
