About the Role

NorthCo Services is hiring a Project Coordinator to support our rapid-growing siding division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, can juggle moving parts with confidence, and values transparent communication above all.

You’ll be the connective tissue between our crews, clients, and suppliers - making sure projects move smoothly from planning to completion. If you’ve got an eye for detail and the confidence to take charge of logistics, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
Manage timelines, material ordering, and project communication
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Place and track orders for siding and related materials
Delegate tasks to field runners and keep the crew informed
Maintain organized, up-to-date project records
Attend occasional off-site meetings to support project execution

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in project coordination (construction/renovation preferred)
2–3 years of customer service or client-facing experience
Comfortable managing your own schedule and priorities
Solid with Google Sheets (or similar tools) for tracking and planning
Estimating and material takeoff experience - especially with siding
Organized,



clear communicator with a positive, proactive mindset
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are required
French fluency is an asset but not required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
