Job Summary

ABL Employment- ACES Division is seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourers to join our agile team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various operational tasks across our construction projects. Your energy and willingness to learn will help ensure smooth workflows, safety compliance, and high-quality results. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to meaningful projects that make a difference.

Responsibilities
Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, supplies, and equipment as needed
Perform general physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to promote safety and productivity
Follow safety protocols at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Report any hazards or safety concerns immediately to supervisors to ensure a secure work environment

You Must Be versatile to work a variety of shifts & Have access to your own vehicle as this location does not have public transit

Qualifications




Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn recent skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction or industrial sites
Previous experience in general labour or related roles is a plus but not required
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
