Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail sales, customer service, and team management.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the retail store
Supervise and motivate staff for efficiency
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Implement strategies to increase sales and meet budget goals
Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting
Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
Proven experience in retail food and restaurant operations
Strong upsell techniques and relationship building
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building customer relationships
Proficiency in food cost delivery
Ability to lead and develop a team to achieve objectives
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software





Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of merchandising principles
Experience in creating sales reports and analyzing data
