We currently have an exciting prospect within our Pulp & Paper Division operations for a Human Resources Student to join our team in Saint John, Recent Brunswick, for the Fall 2026 Work Term.

HR mentorship with daily interactions and coaching
Tasks may include:
Working collaboratively with the HR Team
Supporting site employees with all aspects of Human Resources functions
Preparing and maintaining employee files/data ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations
Coordinating and participating in recruitment activities
Participating in special projects and initiatives
Currently pursuing, or entering in the fall, a Business Administration or Commerce degree program, including Grade 12 high school students accepted into these programs, and in good academic standing.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Curious and continuous improvement mindset
Self-starter, attention to detail, punctual, consistent, and flexible to changing tasks
Long-term interest in a Human Resources career
