Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mixer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mixing raw materials and ingredients to create high-quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes, as well as the ability to operate various tools and equipment effectively.

Responsibilities
Operate mixing equipment and machinery to blend ingredients according to specified formulas.
Assemble and fabricate components as needed for production processes.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintenance and adjustments of mixing equipment.
Perform quality checks on mixed products to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency through Lean manufacturing principles.
Assist in training new employees on mixing processes and equipment operation.




Operate forklifts and cranes when necessary for material handling.

Qualifications
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately.
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Experience with machining processes is a plus.
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing practices is desirable.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, cranes, and forklifts safely and efficiently.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
