Responsibilities

Maintain restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene compliance
Conduct routine inspections of common areas, offices, hallways, and entry points to identify cleaning needs or maintenance issues
Handle special cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning, window washing, or deep sanitation as scheduled or required
Follow safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or hazards




Keep detailed logs of cleaning activities and report any issues that require further attention

Skills
Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work within commercial or institutional settings
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and supplies
Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and bending or reaching
Valuable communication skills to coordinate with team members and report maintenance concerns effectively
Familiarity with basic facilities maintenance practices is a plus
Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently to ensure a secure working workplace
