Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our food manufacturing team. In this role, you will work primarily in a freezer/cold storage environment, supporting daily warehouse operations including order picking, inventory management, loading outgoing shipments and product handling. If you take pride in accuracy, work well in a quick-paced environment, and don't mind the cold, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
Operate forklifts and other powered equipment safely
Load outgoing shipments with forklift
Transfer of goods from Primary site to Freezer storage
Perform stock rotation and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices are followed
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
Keep the warehouse and freezer areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards
Follow the required company SOP's, GMP's, and Health and Safety Standards

Requirements




Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one)
Valid drivers license
Ability to work in freezer temperatures (as low as -18°C) for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity targets
Valuable physical fitness — ability to lift up to 22kg (50 lbs) repeatedly
English proficiency (spoken and written)
Must provide your own work gloves and wear CSA-approved safety boots
Food safety awareness (an asset)

This role requires a proactive individual capable of working efficiently in a team-oriented environment while adhering to safety standards. Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks involving heavy lifting and equipment operation.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
