We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience.

Duties
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Micros POS system.
Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure productive service and guest satisfaction.




Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, providing excellent guest services at all times.

Experience
Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a solid understanding of the food industry.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
