Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Immigration Case Officer to support our RCIC with immigration file preparation, document collection, form completion, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist RCIC in preparing, completing, and reviewing immigration application forms.
Collect, organize, and manage client documentation required for various immigration applications.
Maintain accurate and organized client files, records, and application checklists.
Communicate with clients to obtain necessary documents and information.
Schedule appointments and consultations for clients with RCIC.
Track application deadlines and ensure timely submission.
Provide administrative support including managing emails, calls, and correspondence.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in immigration filing, administrative assistance, or related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with technology.
Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes and forms is a strong asset.
