Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and consistency
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and efficiency
Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
Follow all food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures at all times
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent food quality
Requirements
Prior food service experience, including restaurant or kitchen work, is highly preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced workplace
Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
