We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our leadership team. Someone who leads by example, supports the kitchen team, and plays a key role in delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in a Sous Chef or robust Senior Line Cook role
Passion for from-scratch Italian cooking
Robust leadership and communication skills
Calm and organized during high-volume service
Commitment to food quality, consistency, and safety standards

What You'll Do
Support the Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
Lead service and ensure consistency and presentation standards
Train and mentor cooks through hands-on leadership
Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
Collaborate with the dining room team for smooth service
