Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a love for creating delicious pizzas. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Duties
Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and guest preferences.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety guidelines.
Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed, including appetizers and salads.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all dishes served.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management.

Experience




Previous experience of atleast one year in a restaurant or food service environment is required, particularly in pizza cooking or similar roles.
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and pizza stones is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality meals.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
