Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Experience in food service and hospitality is preferred, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential. This role offers an chance to develop valuable skills in the food industry, including customer service, food handling, and upselling techniques.

Duties
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction
Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail and accuracy
Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed in accordance with food safety standards
Assist in food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff as needed
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations to uphold sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage time effectively during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of orders
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions,



special requests, and resolving concerns promptly

Skills
Proficiency with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices within the food industry
Experience in food handling, serving, and basic food preparation techniques
Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods
Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Pay: Up to $17.60 per hour
