Your Role

You’ll be the face of the company—providing exceptional service, handling rental agreements, managing store operations, and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the store independently
Create, modify, and close rental agreements
Deliver world-class customer service
Upsell protection coverages and rental add-ons
Handle administrative tasks (filing, reports, data entry)
Answer phone calls and follow up with customers
Schedule service and maintenance appointments
Clean rental vehicles inside and out, as per company standards
Move vehicles between lots or locations

Requirements
Valid NB Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract
High school diploma or GED
Reliable personal transportation
Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
Must be able to commute or relocate to Saint John, NB
