Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Labourer/Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in concrete work, masonry, and general constructions.

This role involves the installation of concrete formwork and reinforcement, concrete pouring and finishing along with related tasks on commercial and municipal projects.

Ideal candidates will have proven knowledge and experience with City of Winnipeg specifications surrounding concrete, street cut restorations, and road construction.

Responsibilities
Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work workplace during all phases of construction
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Skills
Proven experience installing concrete formwork, concrete finishing, masonry, or related construction fields
Competence with concrete finishing tools: wood float, steel trowel




Experience with power trowels, laser screeds, or structural concrete works will be considered an asset
Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety compliance and quality workmanship

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
