Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier/Cook/Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. This versatile role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and managing transactions in a rapid-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong multitasking skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in all aspects of the role.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including basic food preparation and handling
Serve meals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and upselling menu items when appropriate
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed




Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Skills
Experience in food preparation, food service, or the food industry preferred but not required
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS for cashiering transactions
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures
Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Kitchen experience or restaurant background is advantageous
Ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Valuable communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
