POSITION SUMMARY:

Our Premium Servers provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests in our premium areas during games and concerts at Rogers Forum. This is a part time, hourly, events-based position.

A typical shift includes
Provide a premium service experience to guests of our premium areas and suites, serving food and beverages during events
Process guests’ orders to ensure all items are prepared properly and on a timely basis
Communicate with service staff, kitchen staff, and bartenders to coordinate entire station and ensure guest satisfaction with food and service
Maintain clean and tidy service and eating areas
Other duties as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
At least two years of service experience in a fine dining establishment




Have an incredible ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume setting while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience
Strong communication and listening skills and ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries
Must be at least 19 years of age
Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 4:00pm
Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
Valid Serving it Right Certificate is required
