Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our agile culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing workstations
Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures at all times
Support the kitchen team during busy periods to ensure timely service




Stock supplies and notify management of inventory needs
Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Skills
Experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Basic understanding of meal preparation techniques
Positive communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates

Pay: $17.80-$19.00 per hour
