Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and customer-focused Chef/Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages while providing exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment. Duties
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely service.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards, maintaining food safety and sanitation protocols.
Provide friendly and attentive guest service, addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with health regulations.
Assist in food preparation as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods.




Manage time effectively to ensure prompt delivery of orders while maintaining quality standards.
Engage with guests to promote a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor.
Knowledge of food handling, safety, sanitation, and basic math for cash handling and transactions.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a hospitality setting.
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
Basic kitchen experience or food preparation skills are a plus but not required.
