Hampton Inn by Hilton in Brampton, Ontario, is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is passionate about creating clean, comfortable, and safe environments for our guests while inspiring excellence in their team.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department
Ensure all guest rooms and public spaces meet Hilton brand standards
Work closely with the Front Office to manage room readiness
Lead, train, schedule, and support housekeeping staff
Maintain and follow cleaning schedules (floor care, mattress flipping, deep cleaning, etc.)
Conduct daily room inspections and manage quality control
Monitor supply usage and housekeeping-related expenses
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed

Requirements
2+ years in a supervisory role in a hotel/rooms division




4+ years of hotel housekeeping experience (preferred)
Diploma/degree in Hotel Management or equivalent experience (preferred)
Robust leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Able to speak and write fluent English
Must be able to commute or relocate to Brampton, ON (L6P 0B1)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $24.00-$26.44 per hour
