About the Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated General Labour/ Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. This position involves working in a cold-storage workplace and requires solid attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)
Perform heavy lifting of 50+ lbs
Work safely in cooler/freezer conditions
Follow instructions and maintain a high level of accuracy
Meet performance and attendance expectations

Requirements
Must be Comfortable working in a cold environment
Able to lift 50 lbs or more
Not afraid of heights
MHE experience preferred, but training available
Strong attention to detail
Good attendance and punctuality
Must have a valid driver's license and personal transportation
Safety shoes required
No cell phones permitted inside the warehouse
