Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure timely service during busy hours
Cook a variety of menu items following established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
Support the kitchen team by stocking supplies, rotating stock, and managing food handling procedures
Assist with plating dishes and ensuring each plate meets quality standards before serving
