Monette Produce is seeking an experienced Agricultural Mechanic to support the maintenance and repair of our agricultural and heavy-duty equipment fleet in Outlook, Saskatchewan. This is a hands-on role focused on diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance in both shop and field settings.

You’ll work alongside a small team of mechanics, contributing your experience and technical knowledge to keep equipment running safely, efficiently, and ready for seasonal demands. This position is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in quality work, problem-solving, and supporting a strong team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Perform hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on agricultural, transport, and heavy-duty equipment
Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
Complete preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
Support day-to-day shop and field operations alongside other mechanics
Order parts, assist with inventory tracking, and work with suppliers
Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and maintenance logs
Assist with seasonal equipment preparation and teardown

What We’re Looking For
Red Seal Journeyperson (Heavy Duty, Agricultural Equipment Technician, or equivalent)

3–5 years of experience working on agricultural, trucking, or heavy equipment
Robust mechanical aptitude with the ability to work independently
Valid Class 5 driver’s license required; Class 1A is an asset

Pay: $30.00-$55.00 per hour
