Ford dealership in the GTHA is looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our team
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive service growth. Your mechanical knowledge and dealership experience will help you to manage a talented team of technicians and service advisors, creating a seamless experience for every customer visiting.
The ideal candidate should:
Have Ford dealership experience
Be customer focused
Have a proven ability to grow the service business
Be a strong team player
Be able to work well in a rapid-paced, high-pressure setting
Have Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferrable

Pay: $52,045.14-$130,000.00 per year
