What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Consultant at Dixie Ford, you’ll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding guest experience. You’ll be empowered to succeed, backed by training, tools, and a team that supports your growth.
Greet and assist customers with a professional and friendly approach
Follow a proven,



structured sales process
Maintain strong product knowledge through regular training
Manage inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads
Log prospects and review your client list daily
Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sale communication
Assist with showroom appearance and occasional lot duties (e.g., snow removal, vehicle relocation)

What We’re Looking For:
Valid OMVIC license
2+ years of automotive sales experience preferred
Familiarity with PBS software is an asset
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
A driven, goal-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
A professional and approachable demeanor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
