Your Role

As our Dental Office Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a talented team, and ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-centered experiences. You’ll be the key driver of organization, communication, and operational excellence in our growing practice.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support administrative and clinical team members
Oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, and patient flow
Manage billing, insurance coordination, and financial reporting
Maintain high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction
Implement and refine systems to improve efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with doctors and staff to meet clinic goals

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of dental office management experience (required)




Proficiency with Tracker dental software (required)
Solid understanding of dental billing, insurance, and scheduling workflows
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Compensation
General range: $80,000 – $95,000 per year
Final compensation will be discussed based on experience and fit — if the right candidate brings extensive experience and leadership ability, we are open to offering higher compensation
Performance-based bonuses
