Tandia Financial (Tandia) is seeking a Temporary Full time ABM/AFT Administrator to join our Administration team. This is a Temporary Full-Time in-office position at our Administration Centre in Ancaster, Ontario. This posting is for an existing temporary vacancy and the starting rate of pay is $24.05 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
Administration and reconciliation of various transactions, E-Transfers and Interac Online Payments.
Post daily settlement of all administration clearing suspense accounts.
Review and verify data entered for credit products, payment alteration agreements, discharges, and payouts.
Preparation of ABM,



POS & Interac Administration including daily settlement entries, and three-way ABM Balancing reconciliation.
Process ABM traces with Central 1 and the Credit Union Exchange program.
Canadian Depositary Receipts submission for all Tandia ABMs .
Administration of PaymentStream system.
Index-Linked products administration.

Qualifications & Requirements
High School diploma plus one year job-related experience
Willingness to participate in learning and development opportunities
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Working knowledge of accounting principles
Tech-savvy and able to learn current systems
Experience using banking systems is a strong asset
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to work with others in a team environment
Problem solving ability and valuable analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and accurate data processing skills
