Compensation
Base Salary: CAD $110,000 – $120,000 / year + bonus

Role Overview

Leads all F&B; operations at a high-volume, multi-outlet luxury hotel, reporting to the GM. Executive Chef reports into this role. Currently overseeing a major restaurant renovation/repositioning and lounge relaunch, alongside a solid banquet and events business.

Key Deliverables
Own P&L; and drive profitability across restaurants, lounge, and banquets
Lead the restaurant repositioning/reopening and lounge relaunch, including concept and menu development




Oversee a high-volume banquet and wedding business across event spaces
Contribute to annual budget, marketing, and capital planning
Build competitive positioning through menus, local partnerships, and market analysis

Required Qualifications
Substantial progressive F&B; leadership experience in luxury hotels
Proven multi-outlet management with solid beverage programming
Solid commercial acumen - pricing, revenue management, cost control, P&L; ownership
Experience with restaurant openings/renovations a plus
Legally eligible to work in Canada - no visa sponsorship
