Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Driver to join their agile team in Windsor. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth warehouse and production operations by moving, loading, unloading, and staging raw materials, finished goods, and production components. If you are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced with forklifts, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts.
Load and unload trailers, containers, and transport vehicles.
Deliver materials and components to production lines in a timely manner.
Inspect materials and packaging for damage or discrepancies.
Track inventory accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS) or scanners.
Maintain clean, organized work areas in line with 5S standards.
Assist with shipping, receiving, stock audits, and cycle counts.
Report material shortages, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company policies.




Participate in training and forklift recertification programs as required.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Valid forklift certification (counterbalance, reach, or clamp truck).
Minimum 2 years of recent forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment for extended periods.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, safety-driven environment.
Must be available to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days and midnights.
6-inch static-dissipative work boots.
Successfully pass a Criminal Background Check

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $20.50 per hour
