We’re Hiring: Retail Store Manager

Custom Cellular, a TELUS Authorized Dealer, is looking for an energetic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead, coach, and develop our sales team. If you enjoy helping people succeed, building a positive workplace, and celebrating team wins, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and performance goals
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help resolve customer concerns
Provide ongoing training, role-playing, and daily coaching to build employee confidence and skills
Create a positive, supportive, and results-focused work environment
Conduct performance reviews and develop action plans when needed
Prepare employee schedules and manage vacation requests to maintain proper coverage
Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash-out procedures
Maintain high standards for merchandising, organization, and store cleanliness
Communicate company updates, promotions, and expectations to the team
Ensure company policies and procedures are clearly understood and consistently followed
Stay current on products, services,

What We’re Looking For
A positive and motivating leadership style
Robust communication, organization, and time-management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
The ability to coach employees, build teamwork, and hold others accountable
A proven ability to achieve sales targets and performance goals
The flexibility to adapt quickly in a quick-paced retail environment
At least one year of team-management experience is preferred
Three or more years of retail sales or customer-service experience is preferred, but not required
