We are looking for a Skilled Carpenter to safely support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of our rental and condo properties. This position involves performing repairs, renovations, and custom carpentry work to maintain the quality and safety of residential units.

The ideal candidate is hands-on,



experienced in residential carpentry, and comfortable working in occupied and vacant properties. You take pride in quality workmanship and are confident in problem-solving on-site with minimal supervision. You should be proficient in the use of hand tools, and be able to lift 50 pounds regularly, enjoy working outdoors, and be tech savvy with smart phones.
