Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and plating dishes
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
Serve dishes promptly and efficiently during service hours




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients or supplies

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints
Enthusiasm for learning new culinary skills and techniques

Pay: $17.60-$17.90 per hour
